"I can't see my ass coming into work today!"

My hubby is going to Hammrick (?) to buy paczkis today (fat tuesday). He went to Roma's last night for dinner. Have you been there?
I have never got Packzi from Hamtramck but it is the place to go. My friend is Polish and they have been making Packzi for years. This year, due to a death in the family, they are buying their Paczki from the major bakery of Michigan for Paczki, New Palace Bakery of Hamtramck.
I used to work in the area of where Roma Cafe is but did not know it existed so no, I have not been there. It is funny you mention Roma. Tomorrow (Tuesday) I am going to Roma Bakery in Lansing to get some Paczki for people at work. I am working on a post about Fat Tuesday and Paczki as I type.
I have been kind of busy but hopefully can get back into visiting everyone again this week. I miss everyone.

TC, every now and then something comes my way that I think is worth sharing ... that and sometimes I am just lazy.
Chrissie, luckily I do not need to make excuses but it sure sounds like a keeper to me.
