Happy HNT |
OK, this is not my picture. It is an art photo by Spencer Tunick that was taken on Sunday that was featured in some news article that I can not find now. So I did some searching and found this blog entry. It looks like a record braking 20,000 people shed their clothes for this and the other photos. Since you do not actually see anything, just a lot of skin, I thought that would be perfect for HNT. If only I was there to take the photo. :)
Happy HNT everyone.
wow! that's really pretty incredible! very cool actually. thanks for sharing!

Lime I find it amazing that the artist, a very large university, the art counsel and the Government all got together on this. This would never happen in the States.
...The song"Moon River", keeps going thru my head right now!! Why is that?
In my town, we do these aerial shots of naked people spelling out PEACE in the grass, and granola-ey words like that....
If youre going to San Francisco....

LOL @ Peety's comment!!!! So, Bryan...which one are you ???
I was thinking exactly what Peety was. I'm not sure I want my head that close to someone's butt I don't know. Come to think of it, I don't want my head that close to anyone's backside.
Very good G-man, now I think ... yep, got that song stuck.
S I think I have seen that before. You best not get me involved since my spelling is so bad. Someone would fly overhead and wonder what they were trying to say.
Peety, wow it has been a while. You know I had the same thought... kind of sad you know.
Jan, I have the distinction of being the only application that was rejected. LOL
Sign I agree, not a good idea no matter what. Now if this turned into an orgy... :)
They all look like little babies rolled into the fetal thing. That's gotta be hard on the knees LOL
I could not do it for sure Milkmaid. I pity the person that ended up in back of me too.
Thats amazing, hope no one had gas, happy HNT!
Don't get the point, but to each his own. Happy HNT!
TK, gas would be a definite BAD thing.
Tony the only thing I can figure is it is called art. Art does not always make sense. They did at least make a SUN symbol which is an important symbol to Mexico.
At first glance I thought they were mushrooms. Figures, pizza is always on my mind.
OK, if you go up 20 rows, and 6 people from the right, that's ME, LOL!
Seriously, I hope noone had gas that day!
Thanks for waiting up for my post, that made me feel real good reading that my friend!
This weekend I will be visiting my brother and his family for a big retro/antique fair. Maybe I'll get some good pics, wink wink!
Manny, I hope the pizza guy brought you something extra special.
Lori, you know every time I start counting up the 20 rows I get distracted for some reason. LOL For you Lori... anything. Good luck with the camera.
who are you accusing of peeking???
;o))
[looks down at shoes, kicks some dirt and in a little voice]
no one
[turns all red]
Great post! Either I have had too many glasses of wine, or it is the artist in me, but they look like baked potaotes. Har Har.
OHC, you are so right. Once you get past the fist few people it looks like a big sea of baked potatoes. But you know, if you have any of that wine left over...
