Save the Cheerleader

I was not going to post any pictures from the weekend but since a few people asked. Here are some of the cheerleader pictures.

First everyone has a little Captain in them. Apparently so do 6th grade cheerleaders.

Here are a few of the better pictures.

I think we had a streaker ... or was that just a future player.

I don't know who the lucky person was to get all that attention but I hope they appreciated it.

The person up front does a decent job cheering and makes a pretty good basketball player too and no, she is not my niece.

What goes up ... must come down! I always try and get the perfect basket toss picture.

Don't know what it is about this picture but I liked it. Check out the look on the third cheerleader from the left.

Save the cheerleader, save the world --ER and also Heroes

These are some fantastic shots Bryan.
I really like 3 and 4 because of the expression on the girls faces.

Thank you TC. You know the funny thing is I am just know learning something. I have taken tons of cheerleader pictures with most of them being them doing their routines. What I need to be doing is looking for those special pictures, like the couple you mentioned. They much more hard to come by but so much more rewarding.

I love the candid shots. They are the hardest I think.

Crabby, wouldn't it be nice to have even a part of the energy. I get tired just watching.

Sign, I love candid too. That is why a big lens was a must. Once someone sees you taking a picture they just are not the same after that.

My kids are all in different activities, and I try to get shots like these...you are much better at it. I will let you know the date and come and pick you up...the brakes on the car are not that great though...I will slow down as I am passing your house...just jump in ok??lol

Wendy we can give it a try but I am not very coordinated. I think if I am going to just jump in we may need a video camera. I am sure we can make something fun to post on UTube when I bounce off the vehicle as I try to get in. Other than that, no problem.

Jan I get you are making a good cheerleader for you daughter even as I type.

Galen, I have some from college... will that do? I agree, 6th grade is just to young!!!

Tony isn't that fun. They do have some interesting looks on their faces. It really makes the picture.

GAB, thank you and anytime.

Thank you Manny. You know I am not sure I want to be in the 6th grade again but it would mean a lot less responsibility and more fun too. Maybe it is a good idea.

Thanks Lori. I could not help but think about the Captain when I saw their routine. I am not sure if I should be worried or not.

Jan Friday was very nice. Saturday I would not know. I spent most of it indoors cleaning the house. I expect more of the same on Sunday. But it looked nice. Love the snow disappearing.

Thank you thkerouac and thanks for stopping by. They do look like they could be in a St Pats parade or something.

Manny, sorry just being busy and not feeling the best. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
