Save the Cheerleader - Save the World

I should have been at work Saturday but instead I was tuned into the SciFi Channel. They were playing a Heroes marathon. 21 hours in all. Now I saw most of it but I must say I sure wish I did not loose so much of the weekend to it.

For some reason I keep hearing save the cheerleader, save the world. That would be the theme for season one. I think I understand now but it did not help that SciFi did not play the shows in order. Now we will see what happens as the season Cliff hanger is Monday. Oh no, and it is on the same time that 24 is on.

Well enough of a break, back to work so I can come home some time today. Hope you had a wonderful weekend.

The only time I watched Heroes was when I went back to Ohio for the birth of my new granddaughter. My daughter loves that show. Otherwise, I just don't watch it. I can't imagine a 21 hour marathon!!!

thanks for stopping by and leaving the wonderful compliment. Since I've gained a few pounds back, it's hard to feel good about myself..that helps thanks. Bob was awesome all night saying he felt underdressed to what I was wearing..the goofy man...he had on a tux for goodness sakes!!

I haven't seen that show but I love when they put marathons and you get hooked into watching them all day.

Jan 21 hours of anything is insane. I think I watched maybe 15 hours or so. I was so wiped out and so was one of my weekend days. Oh well, I do enjoy science fiction. Hey you looked wonderful in that dress. It was your day to shine. I see you found a keeper in Bob. What a wise man.

Jen it was a lost weekend between the marathon and going into work but I still had a nice weekend. I hope yours went well too. Wait what am I saying, I think I read about it in a post. Super daughters you got there Mom.

TC, I just wish they put it in order. I saw the cheerleader go from being saved to just learning about her abilities. From talking to a best friend not remember who she was because he had his memories erased to being best of friends because it was before he had the memories erased. It was confusing I tell you. The bad part is I suspected it was happening but did not confirm it until I got half way through. The mind, it is a terrible thing to waste.

Chrissie, I have never done it online before. Maybe someday. It seems like more and more stuff is offered that way. Luckily I have DirecTV Tivo so I recorded Hero and watched 24 last night then finished off the night be watching Hero. 24 I just can not miss. Now I am getting that way about Hero also. Oh boy.
