This weeks theme is SAFE.
Oh my gosh I am so excited. I can not believe this happened. A little while ago they moved us from where our offices where located to another building. Bascially it had been 13 years or so since they had done anything other than basic cleaning, patching and panting what they patched. The place needed to be redone. It was doubly needed since, for one reason or another, we managed to get all hand-me-down cubicle parts before. While we were moved out, the carpet was replaced, the walls were painted, and new cubicles were assembled.
This is going on to long so let me get to the point. The place they moved us into was an old bank building. On the first day I went exploring and what did I find but a "SAFE." Now I did not know where or when I was going to need it but I made sure to take pictures. After all, how often do you see a bank safe and, even more rare, how often are you allowed to take a picture of a bank safe. I would think that would be a huge security problem.
So now you know why I am so excited. I have been planning the photo hunt set for a while. Without more ado I bring you my SAFE pictures.
Thank you for visiting and best wishes to you for a good weekend.

That's way cool! I wish I had a house that was an old bank building lol...that safe would be too cool...
Psst---i love the honorary Canadian banner on your site--tell me more about it?! I need one something like that...or "Canadian by Marriage" LOL. I married a Canuck and love Canada!
How cool. I knew you'd come up with something good. (You're always so creative!) These are a great set of pictures! Fits the theme perfectly (literally!).
I found this week's theme to be a tough one so I'm having a lot of fun visiting the blogroll to see what others came up with.
that is seriously safe..
Bryan,
I think you and I may be on the same wavelength. LOL. My husband and I used to own a building where we ran a computer store. It was formerly owned by a small bank that went under and they sold us the building AS IS. We disconnected the security on the vault, and we used to use it all the time for storage. Customers thought it was really unique for a store.
Yours is a UNIQUE idea for today's theme. I almost went with it myself, but thought people might think me too obscure...LOL.. I love these photos and I'm glad you posted them. It IS interesting to take pictures of a vault for the very reason(s) you mentioned.
Great.
Mine are up, not as good as yours, but nevertheless I tried to follow the theme.
Hope you have a terrific Halloween!
Cheers,
Carol
How about a safe with lots of money in it?...
Well done.
Wow! That's a humongous safe. And it fit so nicely with today's theme!!
